ABOUT 

Shara Johnson is currently the head of wardrobe for the BBC2 TV series 'Great British Menu', stylist for channel 4 series 'Richard Hammond's Crazy Contraptions', and was the head of wardrobe for the Smithfield venue at the 'Commonwealth Games' Birmingham 2022.  Based between both Birmingham and London as a Stylist and Designer she loves to play with colour, vibrancy and print in her work.

Her clients include Broadcaster Andi Oliver, TV presenter and food writer Rachel Khoo, and restaurateur Nisha Katona.

In 2014 Shara graduated with a degree in Fashion Design & Development from the London College of Fashion, one of the leading Universities in the world for fashion education. Ms Johnson has industry experience working in luxury fashion brands such as: Victoria Beckham, Julien Macdonald and Richard Nicoll.

 

Her accolades include: Styling part of a campaign for 'L'Oreal' paris 2023, styling covers of both 'The Observer Food Monthly' April issue 2023 and 'Radio Times' August issue 2023. Shara has styled short film 'Too Autistic For Black' for Warner Bros 'Discovery Plus' in 2022, styled the magazine cover of the 'Radio Times' May issue 2021, and styled the 2022 Commonwealth Games campaign.

 

Other  achievements include being a wardrobe assistant on the Netflix series 'The Circle U.S'. , assistant to Buknola Ebiesuwa, 1st fashion assistant to celebrity stylist Alexis Knox and working with music artists such as Craig David, 1st Fashion Assistant to celebrity stylist Vivian Nwonka working with artists such as: Will.I.Am, and being a wardrobe assistant on 'The Late Late Show With James Corden' in 2019.
