Shara Johnson is currently the head stylist for the BBC2 TV series 'Great British Menu' and stylist for the day time channel 4 series 'Beat The Chef'. Beginning her styling journey as a credited fashion assistant she was quickly promoted to head stylist. Based between both Birmingham and London as a Stylist and Fashion Designer she is dedicated to the celebration of colour, fun, vibrancy and print. Shara has seen her work featured in the September issue of ‘Elegant’ Magazine 2016, to her bespoke evening gown design worn on the red carpet of the ‘Asian Awards’ 2015, to having her own BBCWM95.6 radio segment ‘Shara’s Friday Fashion Fix’ in 2016 for a year.
In 2014 Shara graduated with a degree in Fashion Design & Development from the London College of Fashion, one of the leading Universities in the world for fashion education. Ms Johnson has industry experience working with luxury fashion brands such as: Victoria Beckham, Julien Macdonald and Richard Nicoll. Her accolades include being 1st fashion assistant to celebrity stylist Alexis Knox and working with music artists such as Craig David, 1st Fashion Assistant to celebrity stylist Vivian Nwonka working with artists such as: Will.I.Am, The Black Eyed Peas and 'Raksu' on television shows, music videos and photo shoots. Other achievements include being a wardrobe assistant on 'The Late Late Show With James Corden' in 2019, and a fashion assistant on 'The Voice' 2018.
